Requirements

  • Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician I (CPT I)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in various locations
  • Skill in using a computer and printer
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 20lbs. of equipment/supplies
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed
