Role OverviewAs a Certified Recovery Specialist, you will provide non-clinical, peer-based recovery support services to patients in recovery. You will establish a relationship and rapport with patients, provide emotional, mental, and informational support, and connect them to relevant resources. You will work collaboratively with the treatment team and community partners to ensure cohesive patient care.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include conducting assertive outreach to engage new individuals into care, assessing each new patient for strengths, challenges, needs, and barriers, and working with patients to plan action steps to achieve their long-term goals.

Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active, State Specific, Recovery Specialist Certification or Documentation
- Minimum of 12 months of a personal lived recovery experience
- PA: 18 continuous months of a personal lived recovery experience
