Role OverviewWe are looking for a Certified Service Trainer to facilitate training programs for customers and internal employees at customer locations or KRONES Academy NA. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating training plans, performing in-field audits, and creating documentation to improve the quality of training outcomes.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of this role include facilitating training programs, presenting KRONES AG Certified Training Classes, performing in-field and in-house visual audits, and creating documentation to include OPL's, GOP, and MOP.

Requirements
- KRONES Service Level 2-3 (Audited)
- KRONES Field Service consecutive 3-5 years' experience
- Qualification in EL (Electical Automation) machines, Trainings & E-Learnings
- Has performed New Installations, Retrofits, Overhaul and complex troubleshooting
- Social Competences, Team player, Leadership characteristics, Responsible, Capacity for De-Escalation, Empathy, Open mindset, and Reliability
