Role OverviewA Surgical Technologist II is a critical member of the surgical team who assists during operative procedures by preparing the operating room, sterilizing instruments, and providing direct assistance to surgeons and nurses.
What You Will Do
The Surgical Technologist II ensures that the operating room is properly prepared with the necessary instruments and equipment and assists the surgical team throughout the procedure by passing instruments, maintaining the sterile field, and use critical thinking to anticipate the needs of the surgeon.
