Role OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Certified Teacher to join our team. The Certified Teacher will provide individualized and small-group instruction to children with autism, develop educational programming that supports each learner's unique needs, and collaborate with behavior analysts, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and families to help students achieve their educational and developmental goals.
What You Will Do
Plan and deliver engaging, individualized instruction aligned with each student's educational goals. Develop lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. Collaborate with clinical staff to integrate educational and behavioral strategies into daily programming.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Current Texas Certification in both Special Education and General Education
- A current valid Texas Driver’s License required
- Experience teaching students with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of differentiated instruction, individualized education planning, and positive behavior support strategies
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
