Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced CFO to join our team in a consulting role, working with a variety of companies. The ideal candidate brings a dual foundation: deep technical accounting expertise (CPA-level proficiency, GAAP, financial controls) combined with hands-on corporate finance experience, including M&A transactions and due diligence.
What You Will Do
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting functions, financial reporting, and planning activities. Lead and support M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, financial modeling, deal structuring, and post-merger integration.
