Job Description
This is a full-time, hourly position as a Challenge Course Technician at Glorieta Adventure Camps, ensuring a safe and rewarding experience for participants. The role involves risk management, low and high ropes maintenance, and assisting with training programs. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of challenge course and zipline operation, construction, and maintenance, as well as good judgment and flexibility.

Requirements

  • Assisting Challenge Course Manager with all aspects of safety
  • Developing, maintaining, and implementing Policies and Procedures for each element and activity
  • Inspecting and maintaining all elements and activities
  • Upholding maintenance and inspection protocols in compliance with industry standards
  • Communicating with Challenge Course Manager to ensure elements and activities are available, in operational condition, and properly set up
  • Continually improving elements and activities through the identification of issues and pursuit of long-term solutions
