Role OverviewThe Challoner Operator is responsible for machine accurate and quality materials for shipment. The Operator will work independently and with others, following verbal and written instructions. The position requires standing for 10 hours straight, repetitive movements, and exposure to heat, noise, and wood dust.
What You Will Do
The primary responsibilities of the Challoner Operator include setting up machines, keeping accurate daily paperwork, reading and processing orders, achieving production targets, and performing quality checks. The Operator will also perform preventative maintenance, housekeeping duties, and delegate tasks to team members.
