Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support clients through large-scale ERP and technology-driven transformations. In this role, you will guide organizations through complex change by focusing on the people, process, and systems impacts that accompany enterprise-wide initiatives.
What You Will Do
Lead organizational change management efforts across major ERP and technology transformation programs. Develop OCM milestones and dependencies, and align on the operating cadence with the squad/project team.

Requirements
- Experience in Organizational Change Management supporting large-scale transformation initiatives
- Hands-on experience with major ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or Workday strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies, such as Prosci/ADKAR (Prosci certification is a plus but not required)
- Ability to collaborate closely with product owners, project managers, and business stakeholders to align on change plans and drive execution
- Experience developing OCM deliverables, including change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and training plans
