Change Management Consultant

RGP is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support clients through large-scale ERP and technology-driven transformations, including SAP, Oracle, and Workday environments. In this role, you will guide organizations through complex change by focusing on the people, process, and systems impacts that accompany enterprise-wide initiatives.

What You Will Do

Lead organizational change management efforts across major ERP and technology transformation programs. Develop OCM milestones and dependencies, create the vision for change, conduct change impact assessments, and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders. Develop and execute communication plans, design training needs, and monitor change readiness to ensure successful end-user adoption.

Requirements

• Experience in Organizational Change Management supporting large-scale transformation initiatives
• Hands-on experience with major ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or Workday strongly preferred)

• Ability to collaborate closely with product owners, project managers, and business stakeholders
• Experience developing OCM deliverables, including change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and training plans
