Role OverviewThe Change Management Specialist ensures engineering changes are evaluated, approved, implemented, and documented in a controlled and timely manner, enabling TRUMPF products to be released and produced in alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
What You Will Do
Manage and continuously improve the engineering change management process, receive and process engineering change requests, coordinate cross-functional reviews, lead change impact assessments, and develop implementation plans.

Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in engineering change management, manufacturing, industrial engineering, supply chain, or a related technical field
- Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, bills of material (BOMs), manufacturing processes, and change control procedures
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude and a strong working knowledge of the metric system
- Experience with ERP/MRP and PLM systems
- SAP and SmartSheet experience are preferred
