Role OverviewThe Change Manager is a strategic advisor and delivery leader responsible for managing the people side of transformation. Working alongside Project Managers, Program Managers, consultants, and client stakeholders, you will design and execute change management strategies that improve adoption, minimize resistance, and maximize business outcomes.
What You Will Do
Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans, conduct stakeholder assessments and impact analyses, define adoption objectives and success metrics, and support leadership alignment and sponsorship activities.
