Role OverviewThe Change Manager is responsible for overseeing change management activities, implementing change management processes and procedures, and assessing management needs. The position requires extensive experience with managing hardware and software configuration changes, Configuration Control Board (CCB) change requests, Certificates of Noteworthiness (CoNs), and other change-related activities. The Change Manager must possess excellent interpersonal, business management, and customer service skills.
What You Will Do
The Change Manager will provide daily monitoring and compliance of Request for Change (RFC) tickets/registry, review assigned RFCs to ensure proper Categorization, IMAC and template assignment, and document relationships of changes to other requirements, incidents, configuration items, or services.

Requirements
- BS + 2 years of experience OR HS with 6 years of experience OR AA with 4 yrs of experience
- DoD Secret with ability to obtain TS/SCI
- DoDD 8570.01-M IAT II
- Demonstrated ability to communicate exceptionally well both orally and in writing
- Positive customer service attitude
- Strong proactive team player

- Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000
