Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Fairway Management. This role involves performing maintenance and upkeep of our properties, including troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues, and conducting unit make readies. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance and be able to lift a minimum of 55lbs.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance
  • Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems
  • Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation
  • HVAC EPA Type II Certification (preferred)
