Role OverviewThe Chaplain provides spiritual services to patients and families, and supports staff and volunteers. They develop spiritual care plans, provide interventions, and monitor implementation. The Chaplain also acts as a liaison between the company and local clergy.
What You Will Do
Develop spiritual care plans, provide spiritual care, and initiate interventions. Monitor implementation and reassess as needed. Maintain documentation and provide spiritual care in accordance with company policies and standards.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have a Master's degree in Divinity, Theology, or related field. Previous experience working with an EMR/EHR system and healthcare experience are preferred. Must be able to communicate clearly in English and have the endurance to manage demands of a hospice care field work position.
