Role OverviewSerenity Hospice is seeking a PRN Chaplain for our Salem team. The Chaplain will provide spiritual care and bereavement counseling to patients and families/caregivers. The role requires a graduate of an accredited seminary or school of theology and/or a certificate of ordination or commission from a religious faith group.
What You Will Do
Perform spiritual bereavement assessments, provide direct spiritual care and bereavement counseling, and attend group meetings to facilitate coordination of care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited seminary or school of theology and/or a certificate of ordination or commission from a religious faith group
- Previous hospice experience working with death and dying strongly preferred
- Comfortable in an interfaith setting and able to accept different lifestyles, cultures, beliefs, and values
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
