Role OverviewThe Charge RN will coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle, as well as operational issues during their shift. They will provide clinical care as needed and communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader(s).
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, communicating with staff and leaders, and providing clinical care as needed. The Charge RN will also serve as a resource for guidance and assistance to the staff.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of nursing experience in a hospital setting, a current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse, and BLS certification. Additional qualifications include two or more years of nursing experience, a bachelor's degree, and advanced certification in the field of specialty.
Requirements
- Graduate of a nursing program
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BLS certification
