Role OverviewThe Chargeback Analyst is responsible for managing indirect sales submissions process (chargebacks/tracings) for key Coloplast distributors, developing key internal and external partnerships, performing root cause analysis, and reporting across the organization.
What You Will Do
Process incoming US and Canadian sales data submissions (chargebacks/tracings), develop and maintain ongoing partner relationships with distributors and sales leaders, maintain monthly metrics on submissions, and research and resolve complex issues with distributors surrounding the chargeback process.
