Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will collaborate with various technical teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure seamless operations to minimize downtime and disruptions. In-depth understanding of investment management workflows and processes, including portfolio management, trade order management, compliance, and risk management. Ideally strong technical skills in configuring and maintaining the Charles River system or other relevant front office systems.
What You Will Do
Assist in responding to and resolving production incidents, investigating root causes, and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence. Provide expert-level technical support to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues, working closely with other support teams and developers.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience within an investment manager / Hedge Fund environment.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on configuring and supporting the Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS) or other relevant front office systems.
- Familiarity with FIX protocol and strong knowledge of SQL and Sybase databases.
- Familiarity with investment management concepts, financial instruments, and market data sources.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or demonstrable equivalent experience at this level.
