Role OverviewThe Chart Compliance Manager is responsible for maintaining chart integrity, ensuring compliance with VA contract requirements, and overseeing accurate data entry for all client records. The role involves working collaboratively with SSVF staff to ensure chart compliance and communicating all findings. The manager must demonstrate an understanding of CFCS SSVF Policies and Procedures and SSVF Program Guidelines.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Chart Compliance Manager include ensuring all information in client charts is accurately entered into the AWARDS/HMIS database, completing audits of chart files and records, and maintaining accurate case files as per Federal contract and COA standards.
