Job Description
RCMA Wimauma Community Academy seeks an energetic, creative, and passionate Middle School Math Teacher to join their team. The teacher will provide engaging, standards-aligned mathematics instruction to support the academic growth of middle school students and contribute to the educational program components.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Temporary Teacher's Certificate or Certification as required by Chapter 231.02 Florida Statutes
  • One to three years of teaching experience preferred
  • Understanding of child and adolescent development through documented experience and/or appropriate coursework
  • Commitment to pursuing effective instructional methods
  • Willingness to work in teams with degreed and non-degreed coworkers
  • Knowledgeable of state and local educational standards, curricula, and assessment systems
  • Experience with multicultural and diverse populations and settings
