Role Overview

The Charter Coordinator will be responsible for taking field trip or Charter business orders, providing accurate pricing information, and entering and recording trips into the company's database system. They will also determine map routes, assign driver coverage, and provide trip details to drivers and dispatchers.

What You Will Do

The Charter Coordinator will take orders, provide pricing information, enter and record trips, determine map routes, assign driver coverage, and provide trip details. They will also generate trip reports, communicate with customers, invoice trips, and track payments.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years' experience in customer service environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Solid data entry skills
  • Proficient use of computers
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • One or more years of driving experience on field trips
  • Ability to acquire CDL and perform as a cover driver
