Requirements

• Create and maintain the Murray’s Cheese experience
• Maintain knowledgeable, efficient, friendly staff
• Ensure all Kroger and Murray’s policies are followed
• Place orders and maintain inventory
• Set up weekly in-store selling events
• Contribute to store goals for increasing sales and improving profit
• Effectively control shrink and waste
• Control labor expenses through scheduling
• Meet and/or exceed budgetary goals
• Supervise and coach direct reports
