Job Description
Join the culinary team at Polaris, a legendary rotating Blue Dome restaurant and lounge on the top of Hyatt Regency Atlanta, as a Chef de Cuisine. The role involves managing dining room operations, supervising culinary staff, and designing innovative menu items. A creative leader with strong leadership, communication, and training skills is required.
Requirements
In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship skills
Experience with training, basic financial management, and customer service
Proficient in general computer knowledge
Culinary education and/or on-the-job training, independent restaurant experience is preferred
