Job Description
We are looking for a creative leader to act as a senior leader with key management responsibilities managing dining room operations and culinary staff at Polaris, a legendary rotating Blue Dome restaurant and lounge on the top of Hyatt Regency Atlanta.

Requirements

  • In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills
  • Experience with training, basic financial management and customer service
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Strong training and communication skills
  • Culinary education and/or on the job training, independent restaurant experience is preferred
