Job Description
We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine to join our Culinary Team at Spruce Peak, a premier Vermont mountain community. The Chef de Cuisine oversees all culinary operations and is responsible for leading, training, and motivating the culinary team to achieve excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience in a hotel or resort environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume production while maintaining exceptional quality
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, food products, and kitchen equipment
  • Proven experience fostering professional, respectful working relationships
