Job Description
We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine to join our Culinary Team! The role oversees all culinary operations within the restaurant’s kitchen, leading, training, and motivating the team to achieve excellence while maintaining profitability.

Requirements

  • Actively participates in daily food preparation and cooking to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Provides daily leadership and oversight to the culinary team.
  • Collaborates closely with Front of House leadership to consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Evaluates team conduct and provides ongoing coaching to support growth and accountability.
  • Ensures strict adherence to safe and sanitary food handling practices.
  • Maintains high standards of workstation organization, equipment cleanliness, and overall kitchen safety.
