We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine to join our Culinary Team! The role oversees all culinary operations and leads the team to achieve excellence while maintaining profitability.

  • Actively participates in daily food preparation and cooking to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Provides daily leadership and oversight to the culinary team.
  • Collaborates closely with Front of House leadership to consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Evaluates team conduct and provides ongoing coaching to support growth and accountability.
  • Ensures strict adherence to safe and sanitary food handling practices.
  • Maintains high standards of workstation organization, equipment cleanliness, and overall kitchen safety.
