Job Description
Chef De Cuisine at Rock Creek Resort, responsible for managing the culinary team, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsible for menu development, event planning, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from four-year College or university
  • Five to six years related experience and/or training
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Previous food and wine experience
  • State Food Handler’s License(s)
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other computer programs
