Job Description
Chef de Partie is responsible for assisting with the implementation of menus, consistent preparation of innovative and creative cuisine, and presentation for the dining rooms or banquet functions at the Williamsburg Lodge Autograph Collection.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of culinary experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Culinary degree and/or accompanying professional managerial experience
  • Thorough knowledge of all cooking aspects of Kitchen operations and American regional cuisine
  • Menu development and guest service skills
