Job Description
Supervise a station/section in the outlet kitchen to prepare high-quality products and provide professional, efficient, and flexible service.
Requirements
2 years experience as Chef de Partie
3-4 years experience as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or large restaurant
Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management (advantageous)
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
Basic Computer Skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System (preferred)
