Supervise a station/section in the outlet kitchen to prepare high-quality products and provide professional, efficient, and flexible service.

Requirements

  • 2 years experience as Chef de Partie
  • 3-4 years experience as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or large restaurant
  • Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management (advantageous)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
  • Basic Computer Skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System (preferred)
