Job Description
Responsible for serving guests and assisting with production of daily menu. Maintains a safety culture and operates kitchen equipment. Prepares meals, serves guests, and checks for meal scans. Exceeds guests' needs by providing world-class customer service.
Requirements
1+ years culinary experience preferably in a remote camp or hotel/hospitality industries or equivalent
Valid ServSafe certification
First aid certification is an asset
Ability to read and write in English
Strong prioritization and time management skills
