Job Description
We are seeking a Chef I to join our team at Target Hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving guests and assisting with the production of daily menu items. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering world-class customer service and a strong culinary background.

Requirements

  • Maintain a safety culture and follow all SOP's, JSA's, policies and procedures
  • Safely operate kitchen equipment including grills, slicers, tilt skillets, deep fryers and convection ovens
  • Prepare meals on the line, grill oven and fryers, and serve guests
  • Attend safety meetings and participate in emergency response procedures
  • Work within a team environment and effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Pass a background check and urine analysis, and provide own transportation to and from the facility
