Job Description
Assist the Chef and other cooks with daily menu preparation, maintaining a safe culture and adhering to SOP's, HACCP, and FIFO guidelines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years culinary experience
  • Valid food safe certification
  • First aid certification
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Work within a team environment
  • Must be able to work effectively and efficiently with or without supervision
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and urine analysis
  • Must provide own transportation to and from the facility
