Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Chef II to assist the Head Chef with daily menu preparation and ensure a safe and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of culinary experience, preferably in a remote camp or hotel/hospitality industry.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of culinary experience
  • Valid food safe certification (an asset)
  • First aid certification (an asset)
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel/work long rotations away from home
