Job Description
The Chef/Cook supports our dining program by preparing meals that are nutritious, flavorful, and professionally presented for our residents in an Assisted Living Community. Shifts are 6:00 AM–10:00 AM, a few mornings each week and every other weekend in rotation.
Requirements
Cooks meals according to established recipes and menus
Assists Culinary Services Director in creating menus that meet the residents’ nutritional needs
Presents meals that are pleasing to the eye and palate
Maintains an organized, clean, and safe kitchen and storeroom
Maintains confidentiality of residents’ personal information
