Job Description
The Chef/Cook supports our dining program by preparing meals that are nutritious, flavorful, and professionally presented for our residents in an Assisted Living Community. Shifts are 6:00 AM–10:00 AM, a few mornings each week and every other weekend in rotation.

Requirements

  • Cooks meals according to established recipes and menus
  • Assists Culinary Services Director in creating menus that meet the residents’ nutritional needs
  • Presents meals that are pleasing to the eye and palate
  • Maintains an organized, clean, and safe kitchen and storeroom
  • Maintains confidentiality of residents’ personal information
