Role OverviewJoin our team as a Chemical Engineer to drive meaningful improvements across Rodent Control and Insect Control product portfolios. In this lead-level role, you will apply Lean, Six Sigma, statistical methods, and chemical engineering expertise to improve safety, reduce costs, increase throughput, and strengthen long-term process reliability across regulated manufacturing environments.
What You Will Do
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, analyze manufacturing processes, develop and refine chemical process improvements, and provide advanced technical support for new equipment selection and process implementation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, manufacturing, or a similar technical environment
- Experience applying Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with statistical tools and data-driven process improvement methods
