Role OverviewThe Chemical Engineering Intern will work on challenging projects in process engineering, control systems engineering, environmental engineering, and process safety engineering. The intern will work with field operators, console operators, and unit managers to provide optimization, troubleshooting advice, and technical guidance. The intern will also support refineries through control and instrument activities, assist with compliance reports and emission tracking, and perform daily emissions calculations.
What You Will Do
The intern will work on-site and in-person, 40 hours per week, and will be eligible for overtime pay. The intern will also be required to obtain a TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and will be subject to a background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in Chemical Engineering
- Overall GPA of 3.2 (or higher) on a 4.0 scale
- Graduation dates of August 2027 through May 2029
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Able and willing to work on-site and in-person
