What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Chemical Operator include following batch sheet instructions, maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to safety procedures, and actively participating in the safety program. The employee will also be expected to wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as specified for each area, follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and complete all documentation using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

- Ensure housekeeping and 5S activities are completed throughout and at the end of each shift within the assigned production area

- Urgently communicate any and all downtime that hinders achievement
- Actively train, as permitted and coordinated by Production Supervisor, to become certified in all areas of production
- Provide feedback and continuous improvement ideas involving plant safety, quality, and production to the leadership team
