Role OverviewThe Chemical Technician plays a critical role in ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, troubleshooting and resolving immediate issues, proactively addressing any potential issues and identifying areas of opportunity as it relates to the customer experience. This role is responsible for 50-75 sites per month. The technician provides professional, expert solutions to all customers, enabling their business to be profitable and leaving their customers satisfied with a clean, shiny, dry vehicle every time they use our products.
What You Will Do
Provide expert solutions to customers, troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform site preventative care & troubleshooting, maintain Wash Key Reporting - Service Report, conduct NCS Site Surveys, support corporate accounts, provide on-site revenue program training, and conduct Technical & Chemistry basic training.

This individual should have an Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent practical experience. They should have basic mechanical knowledge, ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, and good Microsoft Office skills. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, extremely motivated, and able to provide the highest level of customer service and support.
