Role OverviewSika is looking for an experienced Chemist to join its growing team in Lyndhurst, NJ. The Chemist will be responsible for managing assigned projects, developing new products, and providing technical support to production plants and customers.
What You Will Do
Manage assigned projects, develop new products, perform initial material testing, provide technical support to manufacturing plants, and support internal procedures.

Requirements
- BS or MS or Ph.D degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science or Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- 2+ year’s hand-on industrial experience in cement chemistry or cementitious based formulations
- Good oral communication, technical presentation and technical writing skills
- Good skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint or equivalent
- Experience in Design of Experiments, Design FMEA and other quality programs is a plus
