Role Overview

The Chemistry Production Lead is responsible for performing manufacturing activities necessary to produce chemistry products in a lead capacity. This role regulates work assignments for chemistry assemblers as directed by the Production Manager. The Chemistry Production Lead adheres to standard work procedures to optimize chemical production processes, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

What You Will Do

Lead and regulate work assignments and workflow of the chemistry production team, oversee all aspects of chemical production, identify and implement process improvements, ensure strict adherence to quality requirements, and champion a strong safety culture.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to train, mentor, and support team members
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
