What You Will Do
Take ownership of Front of House hospitality and customer experience, lead and develop Front of House Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Team Members, and create results through people by equipping leaders to confidently own their areas.

Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant and leadership experience
- 3+ years of hospitality and/or service experience
- Chick-fil-A leadership experience is very strongly preferred
- Proven experience leading and developing people
- Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
- Hands-on leadership style
- Strong hospitality mindset with high standards for guest experience
- Collaborative and willing to support other leaders when business needs change
- Energized by growth, change, and the opportunity to build something
- Available to work approximately 40–45 hours per week
- Available to work at least one night per week
- Open availability outside of essential personal responsibilities
