Job Description
The Chief Accountant position is a unique opportunity to join a growing company in a strategic role that assists the overall operation. The Chief Accountant reports directly to the Director of Finance and plays a key role in supporting all hotel accounting functions.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of accounting or finance experience, hospitality preferred
  • Foundational knowledge of general ledger accounting and month-end processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (Oracle preferred)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage priorities independently while supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with hotel leadership
