Role OverviewThe Chief Accountant supports the hotel's Finance Department by ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with Hyatt policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
What You Will Do
Manage day-to-day accounting functions, oversee month-end close activities, and support the preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 or more years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality
- Knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Experience with month-end close and financial reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with hotel accounting systems or ERP systems, such as Oracle (Opera Cloud, Micros/Simphony, Evention, and Dimensions)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
