Role OverviewReporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Accounting Officer will lead the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial reporting, technical accounting, internal controls, and accounting operations across the enterprise.
What You Will Do
Lead interactions with the Audit Committee, drive the cadence and quality of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles, and modernize accounting operations and systems.

Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial leadership roles
- Financial Systems: Significant experience working with accounting / financial reporting systems and in designing and implementing new systems and processes
- Leadership: Track record of recruiting top talent and building high-performing finance organizations
- Industry: Experience in professional services, consulting, broader services and technology, or other complex, global organizations is desirable
- Education, Professional Credentials and Experience: Strong academic credentials, including an undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or business required, as is a track record of working at companies with global, high-performance cultures. Early public accounting experience and CPA required
