Role OverviewProvide leadership and direction for Budget section within the Administration branch. Develop, forecast, and report cashflow projections of department funds for decision making and budgeting. Analyze, report, and present annual and monthly Financial Summary to the Conservation Commission.
What You Will Do
Manage and motivate staff responsible for internal expenditure plan, executive budget, financial reporting, program review, and revenue accounting. Track and manage the executive budget through the process of submission, Governor recommendations, Legislative appropriation process, and expenditures.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field, and a minimum of eight years of progressively responsible professional experience in management or related areas, with three years in a supervisory and/or administrative capacity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible professional experience in management or related areas
- Three (3) years in a supervisory and/or administrative capacity
- Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.), Certified Internal Auditor (C.I.A.), or Certified Government Financial Manager (C.G.F.M.) strongly preferred
