Responsible for ensuring work is performed following established procedures, supervising Building Technicians, and developing and evaluating assigned staff.

Requirements

  • Universal CFC certified
  • State Certified Journeyman’s license or equivalent
  • State Certified Master’s license or equivalent (preferred)
  • State 1ST Grade Stationary Engineer license or equivalent (preferred)
