Role OverviewThe selected candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and support of all credit department operations, overseeing the bank's loan risk management process, and maintaining loan policy and procedure.
What You Will Do
Develop and oversee the Bank's internal credit training program, review loans prior to External Loan Committee meeting, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA) or equivalent from a 4-year college or university
- Ten or more years of related work experience in financial/credit analysis and lending
- Banking experience and living in the State of Arkansas
- Management experience required
- Heavy experience with C&I lending required
- Loan workout and SBA experience preferred
- Completion of formal bank management executive school or financial industry-related degree program preferred
