DCAS's mission is to make city government work for all New Yorkers. The Chief Decarbonization Officer will lead the City's efforts to reduce carbon emissions from government operations, oversee a 10-year capital budget of approximately $4 billion, and negotiate contracts related to the procurement of energy supply for City government operations.
